Product Policy

If you received a product that is somehow damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will replace that product with acceptable merchandise at no additional charge, provided a claim is made within 48 hours of receiving merchandise and a picture is provided showing the issue for replacement. Due to FDA guidelines, returns are not accepted.

If you need to Contact Us regarding an order, please have your order number and details about the order available. Additionally to pursue a refund due to shipping, the shipping company may request a picture of the damaged item or package. We will make every attempt to respond to your questions and concerns quickly.



We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight, size of package and distance traveled. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
