This Hungarian Paprika is a powder made by grinding sweet red pepper pods that range from slightly sweet and mild to pungent and moderately hot. The color can range from bright red orange to deep blood red. Used in European and Spanish cuisines. Paprika compliments poultry, eggs, fish and shellfish, lamb, potatoes, rice, pork, veal or beef, goulash, and is an essential ingredient in paprikash or cream of paprika soup.
