Inspired by a chef friend's family mole recipe from Guadalajara, Mexico, we have combined the traditional flavors of a mole sauce and presented them in the form of a spice blend. Use to season chicken, pork, fish, or vegetables and marinate overnight, finish on the grill, in a saute pan or roast in the oven. Use the drippings from the roasting pan and stock to emulate the flavors of a mole sauce.
